You can add the berries to your bread, either with the white bread or rye bread. Berberine. Most of the people can enjoy good results with their prescribed diabetic drugs. The said food item is a bitter compound found in plant roots, specifically in goldenseal, barberry, and Oregon grape. The results you can enjoy with the said food compound is similar to that of metformin.
