Count how many women you have seen in your life. Surely, it is countless. Little that you know the struggles that are being gone through. There are many things that are happening in their lives. They are always the ones who are capable of bearing tragic experiences.

They are strong women. Just like us, they also had undergone some of the life stages. It is just that they are good at handling it with grace. It has been ever since they were still a child, all the massive changes that are happening have occurred. This includes the stage of being an adolescent. Also, when they had their experience of the stage where menopause and slow metabolism takes place while the latter as its side effect.

This is so distracting and alarming to most of them. This will make them aware that it is no longer possible to get any younger. Some take it as a tragic experience. It is because ladies are sometimes obsessed in keeping themselves young.

This is the time that estrogen will begin to decrease its production. It also will be the cause of a slower metabolism. Thus, it also will result in having some weight gain. It is because it is the one responsible for making the metabolism of the body work.

Each of them are broken down in every time that she has her menstrual period. So, when all of it is gone, disappearance of monthly period will take place. This will be a new era of the life of a woman.

Then, there will come a time that there is no more monthly period that is taking place. This is the portion where the menopausal period happens. Most women will become more moody. A lot of symptoms are experienced like hot flashes, irritability, muscle or joint pains, bladder control problems, dryness on the private part, headaches, fatigue and many others. In this stage, women are already aware of their stage.

After such time, they will surely experience the next stage. The next one is the post menopausal period. All of the symptoms of it will not be gone. And, it is difficult to determine on whether how long will it manifest.

There are also instances that women have some other conditions in their bodies that needed some special attention. Some of them are even required to undergo an operation. Removal of the ovary is one of an example of it. This is what is called the premature menopausal period. It can also be due to an infection or failure of the ovaries.

It is best to be more active before, during and after such moment in life. Having an adequate exercise will make you healthier and less moody. Choose a hobby to refrain from increased moodiness. Keep yourself busy. Let yourself gracefully age. Learn to accept it. It will make you even more beautiful and stress free. Stay healthy and happy. Be worry free. Make yourself self actualized.
