Productivity is increased as people get to support each other in terms of the skills and developments that each have for the purposes of bringing out a unique and stable working environment.

Making sure objectives are met means that management should come up with qualified persons to facilitate the learning process. These people are responsible in identifying the methods which they think would create a good learning environment that learners would be comfortable in. They have to be aware of what needs the persons would want to get connected, so as to create a good communication channel that both the instructors and trainees will enjoy. This will make it possible for the people to be free and willing to learn to make the intended changes.

As stated, the purpose is to create change on how individuals function. Therefore, trainers get time to identify ways in which persons have changed after going through the discussions and learning process. The persons who have previously engaged in such programs give support to new persons engaging in the activity, as they provide information of how the sessions have been of great importance to them.

Working in crowds makes people to become social beings who can work together to attain goals.
